Acceptance of Agreement

By contracting for 411 Locals' Facebook Ads Lead Generation Services ("Services") and entering into this Vegas House Cleaners Services Agreement ("Agreement"), you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
• You have provided true, accurate, current, and complete information;
• You have the authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the entity listed; and
• You agree to be bound by this Agreement and comply with all applicable laws, rules, statutes, ordinances, regulations, and orders.

By purchasing or using the Services, you acknowledge that this Agreement incorporates by reference 411 Locals' most current General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at:

411 Locals reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time by posting revisions on its website. Continued use of the Services following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Brand and Service Mark Notice

Vegas House Cleaners is a service mark operated by 411 Locals.

Vegas House Cleaners is used as a brand name and consumer-facing identifier for certain marketing, lead facilitation, and service coordination services provided by 411 Locals.

Vegas House Cleaners:

• Is not a cleaning company
• Does not perform cleaning services
• Does not employ, supervise, or manage cleaners

All services marketed under the Vegas House Cleaners service mark are performed by independent third-party cleaning companies.

2. Nature of Our Services

411 Locals, including services offered under the Vegas House Cleaners service mark, operates as a marketing, lead facilitation, and service coordination platform.

Our role is limited to:

• Connecting consumers with independent cleaning companies
• Facilitating service inquiries and introductions
• Presenting pricing frameworks and general service information

411 Locals does not guarantee service outcomes, pricing, or availability.

3. Pricing Framework – $0.10 Per Square Foot

Any reference to $0.10 per square foot represents a baseline pricing framework for standard residential cleaning.

Final pricing is determined solely by the independent cleaning company and may vary based on:

• Property condition
• Level of soiling
• Type of service (routine, deep, move-in/out, etc.)
• Special requests or access considerations

411 Locals and Vegas House Cleaners do not guarantee eligibility for the $0.10 rate.

4. No Guarantee of Availability or Acceptance

We do not guarantee:

• That a cleaning company will accept a service request
• That services will be available at a specific time
• That pricing will match any advertised baseline

All decisions regarding service acceptance, scheduling, and pricing are made exclusively by the cleaning company.

5. Independent Contractors

All cleaning companies are independent third parties.

They are not employees, agents, participating providers, or joint venturers of 411 Locals or Vegas House Cleaners.

411 Locals is not responsible for:

• Acts or omissions of cleaning companies
• Quality of work
• Property damage
• Personal injury
• Service disputes

Any agreement for cleaning services is solely between the consumer and the cleaning company.

6. Payments and Fees

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Payments for cleaning services are made directly to the cleaning company
• Any fees collected by 411 Locals relate only to marketing, coordination, or referral services

411 Locals does not hold itself out as the provider of cleaning services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 411 Locals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to 411 Locals, if applicable.

8. No Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding service quality, pricing outcomes, or availability.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the courts of Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada.
